Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Station on-site to oversee day-to-day planning, management and operations of facilities management works and services.
Carry out inspection services.
Inspect, update, manage, and track all defects.
Arrive on-site within response time for works of critical events and events threatening safety and security factors.
Render engineering and technical services advice and recommendation based on site assessment regarding breakdown maintenance, system upgrading, improvement, replacement, and urgent works.
Review contractor proposal for second opinion.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your supervisor.
(3-days DAY-shift-duty 8am to 8pm, 3-days OFF-duty, 3-days NIGHT-shift-duty 8pm to 8am, 3-days OFF-duty)
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in building maintenance/facility/mechanical/electrical/real estate management/ civil/ structural with minimum 3 years in relevant working experience
Preferred with working experience in government project.
Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certified, and hands-on experience will be preferred.
