Job Overview
We are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to support compliance-related activities within a biotechnology and health technology environment. The role will work closely with internal teams to maintain regulatory documentation, support product-related requirements, and ensure that relevant processes and records are organised and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the review and maintenance of regulatory and compliance documentation.
• Monitor updates to relevant industry requirements, guidelines, and internal procedures.
• Assist with preparing and organising documents required for product and business activities.
• Work with internal teams to ensure processes are aligned with applicable requirements.
• Maintain accurate records, compliance files, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with internal compliance reviews and follow up on identified action items.
• Coordinate with product, quality, operations, and technical teams on regulatory-related matters.
• Support the preparation of reports, summaries, and documentation for internal review.
• Track regulatory submissions, approvals, renewals, and related documentation where applicable.
• Contribute to the improvement and standardisation of internal compliance processes.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Compliance, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience in regulatory compliance, quality assurance, healthcare, biotechnology, medical technology, or a related industry is preferred.
• Good attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Comfortable reviewing policies, procedures, and regulatory information.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Able to work with different internal teams and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and common documentation tools.
