Job Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries to the relevant departments.
Provide general administrative and clerical support, including filing, printing, mailing and courier arrangements.
Follow up on insurance policies, permits and certifications.
Liaise with vendors on equipment, machinery and asset renewal, purchase and maintenance.
Raise purchase orders (PO) in SAP.
Assist with staff attendance, leave records, HR purchases and staff particulars.
Support recruitment activities and preparation of related documents.
Assist with employee welfare, company events, ISO and GMP-related activities.
Maintain HR, ISO guidelines, policies and documentation.
Coordinate arrangements for new employees, including orientation and IT access.
Arrange and maintain records for employee training and courses.
Prepare minutes of meetings for departmental and ISO meetings.
Coordinate annual employee check-ups and related arrangements.
Perform other administrative and HR duties as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Human Resource, Business Management or a related field will be bonus
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience with Infotech systems will be advantageous.
