About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Account Executive to manage existing accounts, develop new business opportunities, and drive sales growth across the Klang Valley.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
• Promote the company's IT solutions, products, and services to customers.
• Identify target markets and develop effective sales strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities and engage key decision-makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and relationship building to negotiation and closing.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
• Build long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions and services.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in the IT industry.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of sales-related experience are preferred.
• Strong business acumen with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, independent, and entrepreneurial with a strong sense of ownership.
• Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
• Willing to meet clients outside normal working hours when required.

Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,500/month
Travel Allowance: RM750/month upon confirmation
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Arrangement: 5 days, Work from Office
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
