Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for all on-site technical and engineering matters.
Determines project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving site problems.
Prepares project status reports.
Coordinates structural details and design features within the project.
Flexible and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure works are carried out to meet the Company's quality standards and contractual requirements.
Supervise the M & E works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants, and sub-contractors' technical matters.
Ensure timely and smooth progress of works.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Min Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the building construction industry preferably with school/government projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD/BIM Modelling.
Organized, highly motivated, and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills.
Competitive remuneration package commensurate with qualifications will be offered.

During these initial years, we successfully completed some prestigious projects including erection joss paper burner(Client Kong Meng San Phor Kark See), retrofitting work to existing suspended ceiling, Architecture wet work, erection of 5th Block of Apartment.
