Installation: Installing new air conditioning units and systems to meet the needs of clients.

• Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, adjusting, and refilling refrigerant levels.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and repairing system malfunctions using testing equipment and technical manuals.
• Repair: Repairing or replacing defective components like compressors, capacitors, and thermostats.
• Customer Interaction: Communicating with customers to understand their concerns and providing appropriate solutions.
• Documentation: Documenting all services performed, repairs made, and parts replaced in service logs.
• Safety: Adhering to safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks, using personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling refrigerants and other hazardous materials.
