Responsibilities
Family Group: Nursing Ancillary
Join our Emergency Department team and play an important role in supporting nurses and doctors to deliver safe, quality, and compassionate patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care needs.
Accompany and transport patients for investigations, procedures, and treatments.
Monitor and record vital signs and other patient observations.
Assist nurses and doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
Perform ECGs as directed by healthcare professionals.
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients.
Observe and report changes in patients' conditions promptly.
Support quality, safety, and infection control practices.
Requirements
N-Level qualification or equivalent.
WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Assistant or related healthcare support training.
Passion for patient care and service excellence.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
