Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly experienced
Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead
to design and build enterprise-scale platforms used across large organizations.
Mandatory Requirements
12+ years of software engineering experience
Hands-on experience in
both Java (Spring Boot) and Go
Proven experience leading the design and development of
distributed systems, microservices, and enterprise platforms.
Strong expertise in
Kafka, MongoDB/MariaDB, REST APIs, and system integration
Experience building
self-service platforms, workflow automation, reporting systems, or storage management solutions
Exposure to
OpenShift/Kubernetes, Jenkins, Grafana, and enterprise observability tools
Prior experience in
Banking or Financial Services environments
Experience as a
Technical Lead
driving architecture decisions and mentoring engineers
Preferred
Object Storage / S3 platform experience
Enterprise access governance and IAM
Large-scale platform development supporting hundreds of applications
Reporting and data processing platforms using Kafka, Trino/Presto
What You'll Do
Lead architecture and technical design for mission-critical applications.
Build scalable backend systems and APIs.
Drive performance, security, and reliability improvements.
Work closely with business and engineering stakeholders to deliver enterprise solutions.
Mentor engineers and establish development best practices.
Note:
Only candidates with substantial hands-on experience in
Java, Go, distributed systems, and enterprise platform development
will be considered.
