Responsibilities
Warehouse Maintenance:
Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory within the warehouse.
Keep track of incoming and outgoing mattress shipments.
Safely handle mattresses to prevent damage during storage or transportation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse area.
Quality Control:
Conduct quality checks on repaired mattresses to ensure they meet company standards.
Report any recurring issues or trends in mattress damages for improvement.
Collaborate with supervisors to implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent will be recommended.
Previous experience in mattress repair or similar handyman roles preferred.
Basic sewing skills and familiarity with upholstery tools.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects, including mattresses, safely.
Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management is a plus.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
