Description
Providing world-class service excellence and customer experience at all times drives sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
Responds to customers’ questions.
Manage cash and sales transactions
Responsible for day-to-day retail operations and sales achievement of given target
Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
Be the company’s front-line ambassador to uphold the company’s branding and image.
Housekeeping and adhering to visual merchandising guidelines provided by the management
Any other duties assigned by the Supervisors or Managers in charge.
Job Requirements
Must be comfortable to handle alcohol & tobacco
Must be at least 18 years old
Good communication skills and team player
Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
Able to commit to rotating shift hours between 0700 to 2300, including public holidays and weekends
Able to commit 5 days a week for at least 2 months
On job training is provided; no experience required!
