Job Description & Requirements

- Plan and schedule projects, estimate time and materials, supervise subordinates, maintain records and files and prepare reports.

- Monitoring of work progress, attending project meetings, liaising with clients and consultants

- Observe proper construction safety measures and ensure safety compliance at site

- Provide supervision and technical supports

- Investigate incidents and prepare responses in accordance with policies and procedures.

- Resolve work problems and recommend work measures to improve productivity.

- Interpret and validate technical issues, test solutions, follow-up, and escalate whenever necessary.

- Recommend procedure revisions when necessary to fully utilize assigned personnel and equipment.

- Perform risk analysis before each job to identify and address potential safety hazards.

- Communicate with site staff and management. Update management on staff performance and their needs.

- Guide and educate the site staff on the responsibilities and wellbeing. Make sure that staffs are mentally and physically in good status. Make sure staff maintenance good disciplined at all the times.
