Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure high service quality. Manage, train, and supervise clinic staff while coordinating with TCM physicians to support smooth patient care. Handle patient feedback to continuously improve customer experience.

Demonstrate strong leadership by motivating staff and resolving operational challenges
Communicate effectively with internal teams and patients to ensure clarity and responsiveness
Organize clinic resources and schedules to optimize operational efficiency
Preferred competencies and qualifications
More than 8 years of relevant working experience
Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Good understanding of clinic operations
