Job Summary
You will partner with operations and business units to deliver cost analysis, financial reporting, and business support. You will analyze inventory and manufacturing costs, manage budgeting and month-end closing, ensure compliance, support audits, and provide financial insights to enhance operational performance.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with operations and business units to conduct detailed cost analysis for informed decision-making
Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports to support business objectives
Analyze inventory and manufacturing costs to identify cost-saving opportunities
Manage budgeting processes to align financial plans with business goals
Execute month-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial records
Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements
Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations
Deliver actionable financial insights to drive improvements in operational performance
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to facilitate understanding of financial data and recommendations
Required competencies and certifications
Degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience OR diploma with 7 years of relevant experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications
Strong analytical skills demonstrated through financial data evaluation and reporting
Good interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
