Full Time Business Associate (Patient Service - Front Desk) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in Smilepoint Dental - Maukerja

Most service jobs take your evenings, your weekends and your public holidays. This one does not. Shifts finish at 6:15pm, you get two rest days a week, and all three clinics close on public holidays.

Work schedule: 5-day work week on a rotating shift, including at least one weekend day. Two rest days every week. Day shifts 8:30am to 6:15pm. No night shifts. Clinics closed on public holidays.

What you'll do

• Welcome patients and manage check-in and check-out
• Coordinate the appointment schedule and follow-ups
• Answer calls and messages
• Process payments and dental claims accurately

What you'll learn

• Dental claims and billing — CHAS, Medisave and private insurance
• Practice management software and patient records
• Managing a full appointment book when the day runs behind

Your first month, and where it leads

• A one-month induction with a written manual and training checklist, mentored by Ops and senior front desk staff
• Trainee to Business Associate in 3 to 6 months; higher pay grade at around a year; Senior Business Associate in 2 to 3 years
• Courses and certification sponsored for trainees, and again on promotion

What we're looking for

• A local diploma or degree in any field; a service or admin background is a plus
• Clear communicator, organised and accurate with details
• Quick to pick up new systems
• No dental experience required

Pay and benefits

• $2,500 – $3,000 per month
