Rivi Connexis Global Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Company Director to lead strategic growth, manage wholesale trading operations, and drive business performance through effective commercial management and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
Lead the company’s business operations by setting strategic direction to achieve sustainable growth and expansion
Manage daily wholesale trading activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Develop and implement business strategies that identify and capitalize on new markets, customers, and suppliers
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers, banks, and business partners to support commercial success
Oversee commercial transactions, including payments, invoices, and business record accuracy
Monitor and analyze business performance metrics such as operating costs, revenue, and profitability to inform decision-making
Lead commercial negotiations and finalize business arrangements with key stakeholders to maximize value
Resolve operational and commercial challenges by coordinating with relevant internal and external parties
Design and enhance business processes and operational procedures to improve efficiency and compliance
Ensure all company activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
Provide leadership and guidance to employees and business functions to foster a high-performance culture
Represent the company in interactions with customers, suppliers, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to uphold the company’s reputation and interests
Required competencies and certifications
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in business management, wholesale trading, general trading, commercial operations, or business development
Proven ability to manage business operations and commercial activities effectively
Demonstrated experience in developing business opportunities and managing relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners
Strong knowledge of commercial transactions and operational management principles
Proficient leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills
Capability to formulate and execute business strategies while managing multiple business functions
Relevant professional experience and demonstrated business management capability accepted in lieu of formal academic qualifications
