Full Time Estimator (Oil - Gas - Petrochemical) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Chakra Bitara Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

Experienced for at least 3 years and with exposure to site related works.

Experienced in Oil and Gas / Petrochemical Plant Turnarond (TA) project is an added advantage, particularly manpower planning, work scope estimation and maintenance activities.

Good understanding in Oil and Gas / Petrochemical project requirement.

Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel.

Ability to work under tight tender submission dateline.

Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on clients’ RFQ/ITB, including tender documents, specifications, and scope requirements.
Handle tendering activities including document review, clarification submissions, negotiations, and pre-award meetings with clients.
Develop, update, and maintain cost estimates, unit rates, and pricing databases to support accurate tender submissions.
Collaborate closely with Project Management, Procurement, and Engineering teams to ensure full scope coverage and competitive yet profitable tender pricing.
Assist Senior Estimator in cost computation, bid evaluation, and preparation of complete tender documentation.
Ensure all tender clarifications and proposals are reviewed and approved according to company authority limits before submission to clients.
Participate in post-tender clarifications and support contract award processes when required.
Perform any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
