Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying new leads, conducting sales presentations, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, responding to inquiries, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up on leads to ensure timely conversions. The Sales Specialist collaborates closely with the event operations team to understand service offerings and tailor solutions to client needs, while tracking sales activities, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and manage inquiries professionally.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing, to drive revenue growth.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in Training and Sales Management to support team development and contribute to structured sales processes.
• Relevant experience in event management, hospitality, or related industries is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in WP, Kuala Lumpur, handle multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
