Full Time STORE SALES ASSOCIATE AREA CYBERJAYA-DENGKIL-SERDANG Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,050 in Mynews Retail Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

-Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries.
-Provide product recommendations and information.
-Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve basic issues.
-Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system.
-Ensure accuracy in billing and manage end-of-day cash balancing
-Replenish stock on shelves and rotate products (FIFO).
-Maintain cleanliness of store, including counters, chillers, and seating areas.
-Prepare food and beverages according to store SOP.
-Maintain hygiene and safety standards in food handling.
-Ensure store is neat, organized, and visually appealing.
-Work collaboratively with other staff to achieve daily store targets.
-Assist with opening or closing duties as assigned.
-Follow company SOPs, safety rules, and hygiene guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Experience in retail or F&B is an advantage but not required.
