REQUIREMENTS

• Handle customer inquiries
• Coordinate schedules, documents, and communication for the sales team.
• Support operations, stock monitoring, and shipping documents (Invoice/PO/DO).
• To communicate with customers on a regular basis to update the status of the goods deliveries
• Prepare and follow up on quotations
• Liaise with Accounts for accuracy and smooth workflow.
