Qualifications & Requirements

• Open to fresh graduates with at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum CGPA of 2.00.
• Aged 27 or below.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work well in a team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in managing slope projects and support the Senior Engineer or Project Coordinator on assigned projects.
• Liaise and coordinate with consultants, technical agencies, and relevant authorities.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work meets the required quality standards, designs, and specifications.
• Coordinate site activities with client representatives, construction coordinators, and subcontractors.

Training Programme & Benefits

The trainee programme runs for nine months and includes:

• Soft skills training: One week
• On-the-job training: Eight months and three weeks.
• Monthly allowance with SOCSO & EIS
• Outpatient medical coverage.
• Annual leave and medical leave.

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
