Key Responsibilities

• Manage landed residential projects from construction to handover.

• Coordinate architects, engineers, interior designers, consultants and authorities.

• Manage subcontractors to achieve excellent workmanship, safety and productivity.

• Monitor project progress, budget, quality and timelines.

• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve issues before they become costly.

• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and regulatory requirements.

• Communicate proactively with homeowners and provide regular updates.

• Drive continuous improvement by refining SOPs, workflows and project systems.

Skills & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Building, Civil Engineering or related discipline.

• Experience in landed residential construction is preferred.

• Able to read architectural and structural drawings.

• Strong coordination and communication skills.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and project management software.
