• Process invoices and staff claims accurately and on time

• Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end closing

• Maintain and update work documentation

• Strong proficiency in Japanese and English
• Experience in finance operations or AP
• SSC, GBS, or BPO background
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
