About World of Ying

World of Ying is a multidisciplinary art and design studio that transforms original hand-painted artworks into luxury collaborations, fashion, homeware, experiences and immersive installations. We work with luxury brands, hospitality groups, government agencies and corporate partners to create meaningful stories through art.

We are looking for a creative, highly organised and hands-on Marketing & Content Creator to help grow our brand and bring our stories to life.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Plan, film and edit high-quality short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).

• Capture behind-the-scenes content during painting sessions, workshops, exhibitions, client meetings and events.

• Photograph artworks, products and installations for digital and print use.

• Edit videos with engaging storytelling, subtitles, transitions and music while maintaining a premium brand aesthetic.

Social Media & Marketing

• Plan and manage the monthly content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant platforms.

• Write compelling captions and create content that reflects the World of Ying brand voice.

• Schedule posts and ensure consistent publishing.

• Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages where required.

• Stay updated on social media trends and recommend creative ideas to increase reach and engagement.

Digital Growth

• Optimise content using SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) best practices to improve discoverability across search engines and AI-powered search platforms.

• Research keywords, trending topics and audience insights to inform content strategy.

• Analyse content performance and provide monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.

Brand & Campaign Support

• Support product launches, exhibitions, luxury collaborations and marketing campaigns.

• Assist in developing campaign concepts and storytelling for new collections.

• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers and external partners where required.

• Ensure all brand communications remain consistent and aligned with World of Ying’s visual identity.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing or social media management.

• Strong photography and videography skills using both smartphones and cameras.

• Proficient in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

• Familiar with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator or Lightroom is a bonus).

• Strong copywriting skills with excellent English.

• Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube algorithms.

• Knowledge of SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO).

• Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently.

• Passionate about art, design, luxury, fashion and storytelling.

Bonus Skills

• Experience working with luxury brands or lifestyle brands.

• Basic website management (WordPress or Shopify).

• Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and email marketing.

• Graphic design or motion graphics skills.

• Drone filming or advanced photography experience.
