Tanggungjawab

  1. Prepare beverages in-store: coffee, tea drinks, fruit teas, milk teas, smoothies, and other products.

  2. Follow recipes/SOPs for preparation, production, cup sealing, decoration, and handover; ensure consistent taste.

  3. Maintain daily cleanliness, sanitation, equipment care, and material organization in the bar area.

  4. Replenish ingredients, packaging, ice, fruits, tea bases, and other supplies per business needs.

  5. Support front-of-house: cashiering, packing, order handover, and customer service when needed.

  6. Monitor product quality; promptly report ingredient, equipment, or beverage quality concerns.

  7. Comply with food safety standards, hygiene requirements, and store management policies.

  8. Complete orders quickly and accurately during peak hours; improve service and production efficiency.
