Senior Finance Executive, Financial Control | Healthcare Services

We are partnering with a leading healthcare services organisation in Singapore to hire a Senior Finance Executive, Financial Control.

This is a strong opportunity for a finance professional looking to take on a broader role across financial accounting, reporting, treasury, controls and finance transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Review journals, reconciliations and balance sheet schedules.
• Oversee cash management and banking transactions.
• Support investment and treasury reporting.
• Prepare management and statutory financial reports.
• Coordinate audit requirements and regulatory submissions.
• Maintain strong financial controls and governance standards.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Support ERP implementation and Chart of Accounts redesign.
• Drive process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of relevant finance experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in financial accounting and reporting.
• Good knowledge of accounting standards and internal controls.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with financial reporting tools, dashboards or data analytics is an advantage.
