What You’ll Do

• End-to-End Figma Design Workflow: Lead features from low-fidelity wireframing and user flows to pixel-perfect, interactive Figma prototypes for stakeholder alignment and developer handoff.
• Design System Stewardship: Maintain, scale, and evolve our multi-platform Figma Design System (leveraging auto-layout, nested components, design tokens, and variables) to ensure visual and functional consistency across the product.
• User Research & Testing: Plan and execute qualitative user interviews and usability testing using interactive Figma prototypes to validate design hypotheses with real data.
• Developer Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering using Figma Dev Mode and token/spec handoffs to ensure technical feasibility and pixel-accurate implementation.
• Product Strategy: Advocate for the user while balancing business priorities, technical constraints, and rapid release cycles.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 4+ years of professional product design (UI/UX) experience shipping web or mobile software products (SaaS or B2B experience preferred).
• Figma Mastery (Required): Advanced, expert-level proficiency in Figma. You know auto-layout 5.0+, component properties, interactive variables, conditional logic prototyping, and global library management inside out.
• Portfolio: A portfolio built using or showcasing advanced Figma workflows, end-to-end UX processes, design system mechanics, sleek visual UI finish, and clear product outcomes.
• UX Principles & Visual Craft: Strong grasp of typography, spatial grids, micro-interactions, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and information architecture.
• Communication: Ability to articulate design decisions clearly to cross-functional partners and non-design stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Figma plugins (e.g., Tokens Studio, Locofy) or Figma API automation.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/React capabilities and limitations.
• Experience designing for AI-driven interfaces or complex data-heavy dashboards.
