Job Description
Finance & Accounting
Perform day-to-day bookkeeping for all entities, including organising and filing of supporting documents/vouchers and bank reconciliations
Handle invoice processing, expense claims and reimbursements, payment applications and submission of payments via online banking for approval
Support preparation of basic financial reports/summaries for management review
Prepare supporting documents for audits, statutory filings and bank account opening (including KYC materials)
Liaising with external stakeholders (e.g. auditors and banks) as needed
Assist with budget tracking and monitoring of recurring expenses
Provide ad-hoc finance-related support to other teams (e.g. investment, legal)
Administration & Office Management
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies and equipment, vendor liaison, and cleaning arrangements
Handle general office administration (reception, courier/mail, access cards) and compile monthly office expenses
Support new joiner setup and other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Compliance and KYC
Provide KYC documentation for investment projects on a periodic basis
Maintain the group entity list and manage intra-group contracts
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of relevant working experience in finance/accounting and/or administrative support roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and familiar with online banking payment operations; experience with Xero accounting system is an advantage
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, and experience handling multiple projects independently
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a small/lean team environment
