Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the company's financial strategy.
Provide financial insights to support business growth and strategic initiatives.
Advise the executive team on financial risks and opportunities.
Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
Maintain strong internal financial controls. Oversee banking relationships and financing activities.
Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
Optimize capital structure and funding strategies.
Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
Oversee credit, market, liquidity, and operational financial risks.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate governance.
Oversee corporate tax planning and compliance.
Manage external audits and regulatory reporting. Support cross-functional collaboration
Skills & Competencies
Treasury and cash flow management
Financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting
Risk management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
12–15 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
Experience in commodities trading, international trading, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred.
