Manage Data Processing Pipelines
Support Researcher Workflows
Data Access Management
Operates like level 2 incident management
Picking up tickets ITSM, ServiceNow
Issue Triage, Root Cause Analysis
Data Related Ticket Queue
Data quality issues
Data content questions
Access Requests
Site Reliability Engineering
Continuous improvement mindset
Process automation - Awareness of ansible
Linux platform - Red Hat, CentOs
Scripting- Python, Bash, Perl (we don’t use perl, but we can cross-train)
KDB - data processing
AWS operator knowledge
