What You"ll Do

• Trade Support: Help process documents like Letters of Credit and Guarantees
• Compliance: Check Statement of Account for Truck & Parts sent by Accounts on weekly basis. Highlight if there's a potential breach/excess of limit
• Reporting: Use Excel to track trade transactions and update risk reports for the team
• Data Entry: Key-in Bank charges and interest invoice & E-filing

What We're Looking For

• Background: A student in Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred
• Excel Skills: You should be comfortable with formulas and organizing data
• Mindset: Very detail-oriented and curious about how global trade works
• Communication: Able to explain financial info clearly in writing

Work Arrangement

Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home (WFH)
