Job Overview

We are looking for an organized and analytical Product Operations Manager to support product operations, improve processes, and coordinate product-related activities across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day product operations and workflows.
• Coordinate with product, technology, sales, and support teams.
• Monitor product performance, operational KPIs, and user feedback.
• Identify process gaps and implement operational improvements.
• Support product launches, updates, and related initiatives.
• Prepare operational reports and provide insights to management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Product Management, Operations, Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in product operations, business operations, project management, or a related role.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of product processes and operational metrics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and relevant product or project management tools.
