Full Time Information Technology Manager Jobs, in Caritas Singapore - Maukerja

Caritas Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our enterprise applications, technology projects, cybersecurity, and IT governance initiatives. 

You will be responsible for ensuring business systems are secure, reliable, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives while supporting digital transformation across the organization. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage and enhance enterprise applications such as Microsoft 365, Salesforce, AWS, and other business systems. 
• Lead technology projects from planning through implementation and support. 
• Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, access controls, backup, and compliance requirements are met. 
• Manage IT vendors, contracts, software licensing, and support services. 
• Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and deliver effective technology solutions. 
• Develop and maintain IT policies, standards, and governance practices. 
• Monitor system performance, reliability, and service quality. 

Requirements 

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline. 
• Minimum 5 years' experience in IT management, application management, or enterprise systems. 
• Experience managing business applications and technology vendors. 
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, IT governance, and compliance. 
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, AWS, or similar enterprise platforms is advantageous. 
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. 

Preferred But Not Required 

• Experience in a nonprofit, healthcare, social service, or regulated environment. 
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce, CISSP, CISA, or CISM.
