About the Role

We are seeking a Curriculum Specialist to develop, review, and improve learning programmes and educational materials. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, subject matter experts, educators, and other stakeholders to ensure that curriculum content is relevant, engaging, well-structured, and aligned with learning objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and review curriculum frameworks, lesson plans, learning materials, and course content.
• Translate learning objectives into clear and engaging educational content.
• Conduct research to identify relevant subject knowledge, learning approaches, and curriculum developments.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and educators to develop accurate and practical learning resources.
• Review existing programmes and recommend improvements based on learner feedback and programme outcomes.
• Develop assessments, activities, exercises, and supporting materials aligned with curriculum objectives.
• Ensure learning content is clear, consistent, accurate, and appropriate for the intended learners.
• Support the implementation and evaluation of new and revised curriculum programmes.
• Collect and analyse feedback from learners, educators, and stakeholders.
• Maintain curriculum documentation and version control.
• Manage multiple curriculum development projects and meet agreed deadlines.
• Stay updated on relevant developments in education, instructional design, and learning technology.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, Training and Development, a relevant academic discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, education, training, learning and development, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to structure complex information into clear and engaging learning content.
• Good project management and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to content quality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or equivalent productivity tools.
• Experience with learning management systems or digital learning platforms is an advantage.
