Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily construction site activities to ensure projects are completed according to approved plans, specifications and schedules.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and workers to ensure smooth site operations.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials and equipment at the construction site.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, plans and specifications.
- Coordinate and follow up on site inspections, submissions and technical matters.
- Ensure construction works comply with relevant safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and resolve site issues and coordinate with relevant parties on corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain site records, progress reports and other project documentation.
- Monitor work progress and assist in meeting project deadlines and budgets.
- Supervise and guide site personnel and workers to ensure work is carried out properly and efficiently.
