Role Overview
The Chief Brand & Marketing Officer (CBMO) is responsible for leading the overall branding, marketing, communications and market positioning strategy of Aliyah Rizq Holdings Pte Ltd and the brands and business initiatives under its management.
As a member of the C-Suite, the CBMO is responsible for ensuring that the Company's brand strategy supports its overall business objectives, strengthens market presence, builds customer trust and contributes towards sustainable commercial growth.
The CBMO will provide strategic leadership across branding, digital marketing, social media, campaigns, content, customer engagement and marketing performance while working closely with the CEO and other members of Management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate & Brand Strategy
- Develop and lead the overall brand strategy for Aliyah Rizq Holdings Pte Ltd.
- Establish clear brand positioning, identity, messaging and tone of voice.
- Ensure consistent branding across the Company's businesses, platforms, campaigns, events and customer touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain corporate and individual brand guidelines.
- Strengthen brand recognition, reputation and long-term brand equity.
- Review and approve major branding initiatives and creative direction.
2. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with the Company's business objectives.
- Establish marketing priorities, targets, budgets and KPIs.
- Lead integrated online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Develop strategies to improve customer acquisition, engagement, retention and conversion.
- Identify new marketing opportunities, channels and target markets.
- Ensure marketing plans support the commercial objectives of the Company.
3. Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Provide strategic direction for all Company-managed social media and digital platforms.
- Develop platform-specific strategies for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant channels.
- Oversee content calendars, digital campaigns and audience-growth strategies.
- Ensure websites and digital customer journeys remain aligned with the Company's branding and marketing objectives.
- Monitor digital performance and continuously optimise strategies based on results.
4. Campaign & Creative Leadership
- Provide executive-level creative direction for major campaigns and initiatives.
- Review and approve campaign concepts, key messaging, visuals and marketing collateral.
- Ensure each campaign has a clear target audience, objective and call-to-action.
- Lead the marketing direction for seasonal campaigns, launches, events and major Company initiatives.
- Maintain a balance between creative quality and commercial effectiveness.
5. Marketing Performance & Analytics
- Establish measurable KPIs for branding and marketing activities.
- Monitor leads, conversions, engagement, reach, customer acquisition and other relevant performance indicators.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and marketing return on investment.
- Produce regular marketing performance reports for Management.
- Use data and customer insights to continuously improve marketing strategies.
6. Market & Customer Insights
- Monitor consumer behaviour, market developments and industry trends.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis.
- Identify emerging customer segments and business opportunities.
- Develop a strong understanding of customer needs, preferences and purchasing behaviour.
- Translate market insights into branding, campaign and customer-experience improvements.
7. Commercial Growth
- Work closely with Sales and Business Development to align marketing activities with revenue objectives.
- Develop marketing strategies that generate qualified leads and support sales conversion.
- Support new products, services, business initiatives and market expansion.
- Identify strategic partnerships, collaborations and promotional opportunities.
- Ensure branding and marketing contribute towards measurable business growth.
8. Team Leadership
- Lead and provide strategic direction to the Branding and Marketing team.
- Establish clear responsibilities, KPIs and performance expectations.
- Mentor and develop team members.
- Establish effective workflows for content creation, campaign planning, approvals and reporting.
- Identify capability gaps and recommend recruitment, training, agencies or external resources where necessary.
- Build a high-performing, accountable and commercially focused marketing function.
9. Budget & Resource Management
- Develop and manage the Company's marketing budget.
- Allocate resources according to business priorities and expected returns.
- Monitor expenditure for advertising, campaigns, content production, influencers, agencies and marketing tools.
- Ensure marketing expenditure is appropriately justified and monitored.
- Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, media partners and other external stakeholders.
10. C-Suite & Management Responsibilities
- Participate in C-Suite and Management discussions regarding Company strategy, growth and business direction.
- Advise the CEO and Management on branding, marketing, customer perception and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Finance, Accounts, HR, Data & Systems and other departments.
- Translate Management's strategic objectives into actionable branding and marketing plans.
- Present marketing performance, challenges, opportunities and recommendations to Management.
- Represent the Company's branding and marketing interests in strategic discussions and external engagements where required.

Requirements
- Significant experience in branding, marketing, communications or related leadership positions.
- Proven experience developing and executing organisation-wide marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of brand management, digital marketing, social media, content strategy and customer acquisition.
- Strong commercial understanding with the ability to connect marketing activities to business outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership and team-management capabilities.

Leadership Expectations
The Chief Brand & Marketing Officer is expected to operate as a C-Suite business leader, rather than solely as the head of the marketing department.
The CBMO is accountable for the strategic direction and overall effectiveness of branding and marketing within Aliyah Rizq Holdings Pte Ltd, ensuring that the Company's brand presence, marketing activities and customer engagement support its long-term business and commercial objectives.
The role requires strong ownership, accountability, strategic thinking, creativity, commercial awareness and the ability to lead across multiple functions and business initiatives.
