Key Responsibilities
Prepare, coordinate and submit project documentation and reports throughout the project lifecycle, from commencement to completion, including risk assessments, requisitions, schedules, drawings and progress reports.
Assist in planning and coordinating materials, equipment and manpower resources in accordance with project specifications and requirements.
Monitor project resources, budget and costs to support effective cost control.
Coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, building owners, consultants and other project stakeholders on project-related matters.
Supervise technicians and site workers to ensure work is carried out according to project requirements and schedules.
Prepare and submit project drawings in accordance with project specifications and requirements.
Maintain proper filing and organisation of project documentation, drawings and reports.
Prepare project activity updates, progress reports and schedules.
Assist in preparing quotations and proposals, and recommend suitable works or solutions to customers where appropriate.
Support effective resource planning and monitor productivity to ensure efficient project execution.
Assist with tender and quotation preparation and participate in site surveys when required.
Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the M&E, engineering or related industry.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong planning, organisation, coordination and follow-up skills.
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with AutoCAD is an advantage.
