The Role
Working closely with our Director of Growth, you will bridge high-value sales and creative execution. You will turn warm client demand into long-term accounts, owning both the deal and the project delivery alongside our internal design, operations, and production teams.
Own the Deal & Account:
Pitch tailored solutions to inbound leads, run meetings, and grow long-term relationships across our full custom product range.
Lead Project Delivery:
Serve as the primary client contact while coordinating with internal production and design teams to ensure seamlessly executed projects.
Expand Key Accounts:
Drive repeat business and grow our after-sales service offerings for your existing account portfolio.
What We Are Looking For
Experience:
2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or client-facing project coordination.
Communication & Pitching:
Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Project Ownership:
Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple project workflows simultaneously.
Fast Learner:
Able to quickly understand our custom products, internal teams, industry dynamics, and client needs.
