• Human Resources (Compensation & Benefit), based in Kuala Lumpur

• Finance (Management Tax & Accounting), based in Kuala Lumpur

• Commercial (Research, Planning & Product / Telesales / Telemarketing / Business Development), based in Kuala Lumpur

• Customer Service (CS Relationship / CS Feedback), based in Kuala Lumpur

• Operations (Customs Clearance / Admin Agent), based in Penang or Johor

YOUR PROFILE

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (final-year students preferred).

• Minimum CGPA of 3.00 and above.

• Internship duration: minimum 6 months.

• Preferred fields of study: Human Resource Management; Statistics; Mathematics; Data Analysis; Operations Management; Logistics and Transportation; Supply Chain; Project Management; Economics; Business Administration; Business Management; Public Relations; Multimedia Studies; Communications; Language Studies; Business Communications; Accounting; Finance; and Strategic Planning.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Familiarity with Power BI, Canva, data analysis, and generative AI prompting would be an added advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Minimum proficiency in English: Native speaker level, both written and spoken.

• Interested and show passion in Commercial, Finance, Operations, Customer Service, or Human Resources functions. Desired qualities: independent, proactive, organized, meticulous, and an analytical mindset with strong attention to detail as well as interest in process improvement and data visualization.
