WE’RE HIRING | Platform Operations Engineer | Singapore

We are looking for 2 Platform Operations Engineers to join a GovTech Whole-of-Government Identity & Access Management (IAM) project in Singapore.

If you have hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, AD FS, IAM, identity federation, authentication protocols, PowerShell/Python and platform automation, this opportunity could be a great fit.

Job Details

Role: Platform Operations Engineer

Location: Singapore – To Be Confirmed

Eligibility: Singapore Citizen only

Contract: 12 Months

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: Below SGD 7,000/month

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure and maintain IAM solutions

• Support Whole-of-Government identity solutions

• Manage Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, AD FS and LDAP

• Work with PKI, identity federation and authentication technologies

• Implement and support SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect and Kerberos

• Use Microsoft Graph API for identity administration and automation

• Develop scripts and automation using PowerShell, Python or similar tools

• Support platform operations, troubleshooting and incident resolution

• Contribute to monitoring, documentation, testing and change management

• Apply DevSecOps principles to identity and platform automation

• Collaborate with government agencies, vendors, technology partners and internal teams

️ Required Skills

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IAM, platform engineering, automation or related areas

Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD

Active Directory / AD FS / LDAP

IAM and identity federation

SAML / OAuth / OpenID Connect

Microsoft Graph API

PowerShell / Python / scripting

Identity governance and access management

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong team player with a collaborative mindset

Good to Have

Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator

Azure Security / DevOps certifications

Experience with shared identity or federation platforms

Government, regulated-industry or large-enterprise IAM experience

Experience with Singapore Government identity platforms
