We are looking for a creative, energetic, and talented Creative Designer & Photographer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Creative Media, or a related field who enjoys turning ideas into professional and engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative materials for social media, advertisements, banners, posters, brochures, events, websites, and other marketing purposes
• Create professional graphics using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva
• Handle DSLR photography and videography for events, activities, promotional campaigns, facilities, staff, and other content
• Plan and execute creative photo and video shoots
• Edit and enhance photographs for digital and print use
• Edit short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, and social media content
• Capture drone photography and videography where required
• Develop fresh and engaging visual concepts for marketing and branding campaigns
• Maintain consistent branding and visual standards across all materials
• Organise and maintain a library of photographs, videos, design files, and other creative assets
• Work closely with the marketing and management teams on campaigns, events, and promotional projects
• Be willing to attend events or activities when photography/videography coverage is required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Creative Media, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva
• Good knowledge of DSLR photography
• Photography and videography skills are highly preferred
• Experience with video editing software is an advantage
• Drone photography/videography experience is highly preferred
• Candidates who own their own DSLR camera and/or drone are preferred
• Strong creative sense with good attention to detail
• Able to work independently and manage multiple creative projects
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Active, resourceful, and willing to learn
• A portfolio of previous design, photography, or video work is highly encouraged

Experience

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant working experience, freelance projects, internships, or a strong creative portfolio will also be considered.

Salary

RM2,500 – RM4,000 per month, depending on qualifications, experience, portfolio, photography/videography capabilities, and technical skills.
