Responsibilities
Initiate and maintain conversations with new people to build rapport and identify customer needs
Promote and represent established brands and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness
Convert customer interactions into measurable sales or lead generation outcomes
Develop confidence and improve sales and communication skills through active engagement
Collaborate with team members to support collective goals and progress from team player to team leader
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team
No prior sales or marketing experience required
