Key Responsibilities

• Review drawings, tender documents, and scope of work.
• Prepare, measure, and submit competitive tender documents and quotations.
• Assist in tender applications and technical queries with clients and consultants.
• Measure completed works and submit progress claims on time.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and QS for VO approvals, certifications, and payments.
• Monitor daily progress, safety, and work quality.
• Conduct site inspections, material checks, and accurate quantity verifications.
• Supervise workers/subcontractors, allocate manpower, and resolve routine ground issues.
• Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain daily/weekly site logs, progress reports, and project documentation.
• Assist Project Manager to resolve site issues and ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 1 years experience or above in civil engineering, construction, or site work.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience in quotations, tender submissions, and progress claims is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work on-site and attend site meetings when required.
