Job Description

Responsibilities

As part of the MOH HealthTech Policy Division, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing health technology policies to ensure compliance and alignment with strategic objectives. You will develop, provide advice on and support the implementation of ICT and data policies and standards in the public healthcare sector that are in line with legislation such as the PDPA. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.

Selected candidates will be employed under the Healthcare Legal Scheme (HLS) by MOH Holdings. There will be opportunities for public sector-wide cross-deployment as part of career development.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, review and enhancement of ICT and data policies, standards and guidelines.
  • Oversee the implementation and communication of ICT and data policies, standards and guidelines.
  • Engage and collaborate with relevant key stakeholders to gather feedback on policy needs and requirements. This includes proactively seeking feedback from users to ensure policy effectiveness
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership to ensure policies support the overall strategic goals and outcomes of the public healthcare sector.
  • Foster collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure policies, standards and guidelines are practical and aligned with business, operational needs.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement in policy development and implementation processes.
  • Provide secretariat support to meeting forums


Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in public administration, information technology, information systems, public health, legal, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in ICT and data policy development, project management and with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
