Responsibilities:
Oversee daily retail operations to foster a positive customer environment.
Manage inventory levels, ensure stock is replenished, and maintain accurate inventory records.
Handle retail transactions and provide assistance with product inquiries.
Maintain store cleanliness and organize product displays effectively.
Offer professional assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and feedback promptly.
Build and sustain strong customer relationships to improve satisfaction levels.
Assist in managing and updating the company’s website, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory data.
Support online order processing and handle related customer inquiries.
Contribute to planning and executing social media marketing initiatives, including creating promotional content.
Provide operational support and engage customers during events.
Requirements:
Relevant educational background in retail, business, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude.
Good organizational skills and ability in inventory management.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Familiarity with website content management systems is an advantage.
Willingness to engage with customers both online and offline, including participation in promotional videos.
