Financial Planning and AnalysisBudgeting and Forecasting: Lead the preparation and management of the company's annual budget and forecasts. Ensure financial targets are aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.Financial Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying variances from budgets and forecasts. Provide insights into cost control, profitability, and operational efficiency.Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial summaries for senior management and stakeholders.Scenario and Risk Analysis: Conduct financial scenario modeling and risk assessments to support strategic decision-making.Accounting and Financial ReportingGeneral Ledger Management: Oversee the general ledger accounting process, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reconciliations for all accounts.Month-End and Year-End Closing: Supervise the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.Financial Statements Preparation: Ensure the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with accounting principles (e.g., GAAP or IFRS).Tax Reporting and Compliance: Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.Cash Flow ManagementCash Flow Monitoring: Monitor cash flow to ensure that the organization has enough liquidity to meet its obligations and business needs.Working Capital Optimization: Manage working capital, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory, to optimize cash flow.Treasury Functions: Manage the company's cash, banking relationships, and short-term borrowing requirements, ensuring sufficient funds are available for day-to-day operations.Internal Controls and ComplianceFinancial Controls: Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard the organization’s assets and ensure the integrity of financial reporting.Compliance and Audits: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and corporate policies. Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Financial Management.Having min 10 years of work experience, with min 3 years in leading a team in the finance or accounting field.Experience in FMCG.Having experience in preparing data for internal and external use.Open minded personWilling to work in Puchong area.Eligibility to work in Malaysia without visa sponsorship.
