About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative, strategic, and execution-driven Executive Content Producer & Personal Brand Lead to take ownership of an executive’s personal brand and content ecosystem.

This role is not simply about creating social media posts. You will work closely with the executive to transform their ideas, experiences, expertise, opinions, daily activities, and business journey into compelling content that builds authority, trust, influence, and audience growth.

You should be someone who understands both content strategy and personal branding, while being hands-on enough to take an idea from concept to published content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the executive’s personal brand and content strategy across relevant platforms.
• Work closely with the executive to identify stories, insights, opinions, experiences, and content opportunities.
• Turn raw ideas, conversations, meetings, business activities, and daily experiences into engaging content.
• Develop monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with personal branding and business objectives.
• Research current trends, industry topics, audience interests, and content opportunities.
• Develop content concepts, hooks, storylines, captions, scripts, and creative directions.
• Coordinate with videographers, editors, designers, and other creative team members to ensure content is produced consistently.
• Ensure every piece of content reflects the executive’s personality, positioning, values, and voice.
• Manage content publishing schedules and maintain consistency across platforms.
• Monitor content performance and audience engagement.
• Analyse metrics and continuously improve content strategy based on performance.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithms, formats, and best practices.
• Help position the executive as a credible thought leader and recognisable personal brand within the industry.
