Conversant in :

• Work order scheduling and confirmation
• Resource leveling and manpower distribution
• Integrating CMMS (e.g., SAP) with scheduling tools (Primavera 6)
• Monitoring schedule progress and performance
• Identifying conflicts, peak loads, and optimization opportunities
• Leading weekly scheduling meetings (WSM)

Ability to:

• Forecast workload peaks
• Identify scheduling conflicts
• Optimize manpower / resources
• Strong coordination & stakeholder management
• Analytical thinking for schedule performance

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
