Job Description

1. Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) in accordance with project requirements.

2. Assist in the preparation and processing of progress payments and claims.

3. Handle purchasing activities, including sourcing materials and coordinating with suppliers.

4. Carry out site measurements to verify work completed.

5. Prepare and analyze built-up rates for cost estimation purposes.

Qualification

1. Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, or a related field

2. Knowledge of construction processes and cost estimation

3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software

4. Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills

5. Good communication and teamwork abilities

6. Possesses own transportation for site-related travel

7. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Office based in Elmina, Shah Alam

Monday – Friday

9:00AM – 6:00PM

Off Days: Sundays & Public Holidays
