Finance Executive

We're looking for an experienced finance professional to support our group of companies.

What you'll do:

• Prepare a full set of management accounts and financial reports
• Manage AP, AR, bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions, cash flow, and month-end closing
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Ensure statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and company secretaries
• Improve finance processes and oversee junior team members

We're looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA, etc.) is an advantage
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, MFRS, taxation, and internal controls
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. (QuickBooks Online, SQL Accounting)
• Experience in a technology company, startup, or fast-growing organisation is an added advantage

Administration & Accounts Executive

A great opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in accounts and corporate administration.

What you'll do:

• Manage company records, corporate documentation, and filing systems
• Coordinate office administration, procurement, and day-to-day administrative matters
• Assist with invoice processing, payment requests, staff claims, and maintaining accounting records
• Support HR, compliance, and other corporate functions.

We're looking for:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); familiarity with accounting software is an added advantage
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
