Location: Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur
Work Mode: Hybrid

What You’ll Do:
Source and attract top talent through various recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, and other sourcing platforms, to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Partner with Singapore-based consultants to understand clients’ hiring needs, role requirements, and candidate expectations.
Review resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ experience, skills, qualifications, and overall suitability for the role.
Coordinate interviews and manage follow-up communications between candidates and clients to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Provide timely feedback, updates, and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, keeping them informed and engaged at every stage of their hiring journey.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and recruitment records in our ATS.

What We’re Looking For:
 Bachelor’s degree in any field
 Prior HR and/or HR internship experience will be an added advantage
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 Sales-driven and KPI-oriented mindset, with motivation to achieve targets and earn performance-based rewards
